I own a 1979 Corvette with a unique original Light Blue color. My Dad bought it new at Woodard Chevrolet when I was 11 years old. I rode home from the dealer under the glass dome.
I learned how to work on cars with this Corvette, doing everything mechanical you can imagine on this car. It has Dart heads and 11:1 Compression now, but still has all of the original smog gear and a better exhaust. I have owned many Chevys but nothing gets the looks that this car does.
Last year, Dad handed me the keys and I drove it back home to California from West Virginia last year. She is my Christine.
